nice to see that there’s a free version of nvidia’s gelato renderer which uses the gpu of your nvidia graphics card to render non-real time graphics at a speed and quality ‘never seen before’ (as usual). even though you have to pay usd 1500 for the pro version, small studios won’t necessarily need parallel network rendering, native 64-bit support etc. with the sorbetto bridge available at frantic films, the connection to 3dsmax is established.
